This is one of the many, many rompers I made Kai before he was even born! He is just moving into the 9-12 month size of these rompers!
Sadly, while I made Kai over a half dozen of these bucket hats thinking they would fit him this summer as they’re a size 6-12 months, they are already too small! We really need a hat under our bright Colorado sun. His mommy crammed his noggin into it for pictures, though!
This was one of the very first custom knit cotton/lycra fabrics I bought when I first discovered the small fabric groups. When we were growing up, Brother of the Maker loved Harold and the Purple Crayon! It brought back fond memories and I had to have a little piece! It was purchased from Affordable Fabric and More.

Romper pattern is the Harem Coverall by Brindille & Twig. I shortened it and added skinny bands.
