Skinny Felties were designed for the 4×4 hoop. Each is made in one 4×4 hooping and is approximately 3-3.5″ tall. They can be stitched from thin vinyl or felt and have a felt backing.
Stitch these jumbo Skinnies from felt or vinyl and attach to a wreath or hairbow or headband or clothespin magnet with your favorite adhesive. (These are felties, not sliders, but can be attached to a headband with adhesive.)
Skinnies are made entirely in the hoop with no other stitching required.
